    I am part of the SPIC MACAY student club at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY (3 Hrs drive from New Jersey, 4 Hrs drive from NYC).

    We are organizing a Carnatic music vocal concert ( of Shri Sikkil Gurucharan along with Sruti Sarathy on Violin and Gopal Ravindran on the Mridangam.
    It’s on May 10th, 2019 at 7 PM.

    The venue is Barnes Hall, Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

    It is Free and Open to All

    I sincerely appreciate your work of bringing together all the events related to carnatic music and dance! I found few interesting events which I never know (don’t know where) before! My two children are learning carnatic music and learning bharatanatyam also. I would be very happy to follow up your website for the further events! If there is any ‘signup’ or ‘notify event’ option on the website, if will be more easier so that we wont be missing any events!

    I’m Pavithra Kannan, and I’ve recently moved to Seattle, WA from Bangalore, India.
    I have been learning Bharatanatyam for the last 15+ years, and have been training in the Kalakshetra Style under the tutelage of Karnataka Kalashree Guru Smt. Minal Prabhu at the Mudrika Foundation for Indian Performing Arts for the past 6 years. I have been actively performing and have given several Solo and Group performances at festivals in and around India.
    It would be great if you could provide me some help in seeking opportunities to perform Bharatanatyam in Seattle and other parts as well. Thanks!

Mala Shankar who is an established vocalist as well as a very well known teacher in Mumbai and has been in this profession for the past 25 years. My mother and guru Smt. Mala Shankar is a disciple of Sangeetha Kalanidhi Late Shri D.K Jayaraman. It would be great if you could provide some help for me to have an opportunity to sing in the Bay area.

We (Sri Satguru Seva Samajam) have been performing nāma saṅkīrtana every month in New Jersey, tri-state area and a few other states, following the prācīna sampradāya paddhati (classical tradition) that has been in vogue for more than two centuries in South India.
